SMS Terms

The terms for HelTrack Alerts, the optional text messages that tell workers and supervisors about urgent changes at work.

Program Name and Description

HelTrack Alerts is a text message (SMS) program operated by Iltronic, [ADDRESS] ("Iltronic", "we" or "us"), the company that owns and operates HelTrack. It sends operational workforce alerts to workers and supervisors on behalf of the organization they work with, when that organization uses HelTrack.

HelTrack Alerts are operational alerts only:

  • Short-notice shift changes: a shift that starts within 24 hours was changed or cancelled;
  • No-shows: a scheduled worker has not clocked in, sent to the supervisor on duty;
  • Critical incidents: a critical incident report was submitted, sent to supervisors who handle reports;
  • Access alerts: an entry with your access card was denied;
  • Account messages for the program itself: your phone verification code and confirmations that you joined or left HelTrack Alerts.

We never send marketing or promotional messages through HelTrack Alerts.

How You Opt In

You join HelTrack Alerts yourself, in the HelTrack web app or mobile app:

  1. Open your profile's notification settings and enter your mobile number.
  2. Tick the box to agree to receive HelTrack Alerts. The box is never ticked for you, and this consent text is shown beside it:

"Yes, text me HelTrack Alerts at this number: urgent work alerts such as short-notice shift changes, no-shows, critical incidents and denied access entries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

  1. We text a one-time verification code to the number. Enter it in the app to confirm the number is yours. Alerts start only after the number is verified.

Joining is your choice. Your organization cannot sign you up, and you do not need to join to use HelTrack: the same alerts are available in the app, by push notification and by email.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends on your schedule, your role and what happens at work.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages you receive and send, according to your plan. HelTrack does not charge you for HelTrack Alerts.

How to Cancel

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. We will send one message to confirm that you have left, and no more HelTrack Alerts after that. You can also turn HelTrack Alerts off in your profile's notification settings.

To join again, reply START or turn HelTrack Alerts back on in your profile.

Cancelling SMS does not stop your in-app, push or email notifications; you manage those in your notification settings.

Reply HELP for help. We will reply with the program name and how to reach support. You can also email [SUPPORT EMAIL].

  • "HelTrack: Your shift at North Gate on Jan 30 now starts at 6:00 AM. Reply STOP to cancel."
  • "HelTrack: No clock-in yet for the 7:00 AM shift at Main Lobby. Open HelTrack to review. Reply STOP to cancel."
  • "HelTrack: Your HelTrack Alerts verification code is 482913. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

Supported Countries and Delivery

HelTrack Alerts are available for mobile numbers in the United States and Canada on participating carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages can be delayed or lost because of coverage, your device or other reasons outside our control, and HelTrack does not guarantee delivery.

HelTrack Alerts are not an emergency service. Do not rely on them in an emergency; call your local emergency number.

Your Mobile Number and Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with our SMS provider and with carriers, solely to deliver HelTrack Alerts. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms or end the program. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and tell participants about material changes by text message or in the app. If we end the program, we will tell you by text message.
